Visiting the store

Where is Emporium of Eshe?

We're at 12 Arthur Street, Bunbury, right in the heart of the CBD. Look for the green building across the road from the Bunbury Museum. Wander through our emporium, pop next door for a vintage thrift through Vinnies, then head a few doors down to our favourite cafe, Hello Duck, on the corner of Arthur Street, for lunch.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays. Our current hours are on the Trading Hours page, and we post any public holiday changes on Instagram.

Where do I park?

On-street parking on Arthur Street and the surrounding streets is free but time-limited, so just note the sign and be back before your time's up. There are also several free visitor car parks within a short walk of the shop. A few of the busiest car parks charge after a free period; if yours does, pay by scanning the QR code on the sign. Is the store accessible?

Yes. We have a step-free entrance and the shop is wheelchair and pram friendly.

Gifting

Do you gift wrap?

Every purchase leaves in our signature Eshe packaging: tissue, seal and printed bag, at no charge. If you'd like it wrapped by hand, there are two options. Our signature wrap is $5.95: Eshe paper, colour-matched ribbon and a carry bag, ready to give. Tick the box on any product page or ask in store. Our bespoke wrap is $9.95: double-sided illustrated paper from Bespoke Letterpress, finished with ribbon and a carry bag. Choose your paper in store, or add Bespoke Gift Wrap & Ribbon to your online order.

Can you help me choose a gift?

That's our favourite part. Tell us who it's for, the occasion and a rough budget and we'll curate something they'll love. Pop in, call, or email us before you visit if you'd like us to have a few ideas ready.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Two kinds. Our E-Voucher is for the online store: it's emailed within minutes and valid for three years. If you'd like a voucher for the Bunbury store, call us on (08) 9721 4438 or pop in; we take payment over the phone and write the voucher ready for you to collect. Please note E-Vouchers can't be used in store, and store vouchers can't be used online.

Do you do business or client gifting?

Yes. We curate gifts for teams, clients and settlements, from a handful to a few dozen. Email hello@emporiumofeshe.com with how many, who they're for and a rough budget per gift, and we'll come back with ideas and a quote. Please allow at least two weeks before Christmas.

Online orders

How does Click & Collect work?

Choose Click & Collect at checkout. It's always free, and your order is usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when it's ready; bring photo ID matching the order name or your confirmation email.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $130 ship free with Australia Post Regular, or add Express for $4.95. Under $130, Regular Post is $11.95 and Express is $18.95. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Will the price show if I send a gift straight to someone?

No. Gifts posted to a recipient go without a price or invoice in the parcel; your receipt comes to your email. Add a card message at checkout and we'll handwrite it.

Do you ship overseas?

Not at the moment. We ship anywhere in Australia.

Returns and care

What is your returns policy?

Full-price items can be returned within 30 days in original condition with tags and proof of purchase. In store we offer exchange or store credit; online change-of-mind orders are refunded. Sale items, earrings, scarves, bedding, beauty products, food and vouchers can't be returned unless faulty. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Do you offer lay-by?

Yes, in store on full-price items. A minimum 25% deposit holds your piece, with the balance due within six weeks.

Do you resize or repair jewellery?

We don't offer repairs ourselves, but we're happy to point you to Artisan Jewellers here in Bunbury for resizing and repairs.

What is Eshe Perks?

Our members' club. Sign up with your email in store and you'll receive our signature packaging on every purchase, member-only in-store offers and first word on new arrivals and sales. Details on the Eshe Perks page.
