Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day.

Delivery Information
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin from the date of dispatch.
Once lodged, delivery is managed by Australia Post. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us and we will assist you where possible.
If a parcel is returned due to being uncollected or incorrect address details, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges will apply.
Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave unless otherwise requested. If you would prefer Signature on Delivery or additional insurance cover, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Bulky or Special Items
From time to time, larger items may require specialised freight.
If additional shipping charges apply, we will always contact you prior to dispatch to confirm the cost before proceeding.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take care to package your order securely so it arrives safely.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
If a parcel is believed to be lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post. Replacement or refund will be arranged once Australia Post confirms the parcel as lost.
