We want you to feel confident when shopping with Emporium of Eshe — whether you’re choosing something for yourself or selecting a gift for someone special.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30 Day Returns
Full-price items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the return conditions below.
Items must be:

In original condition
-
Unworn, unused and unwashed
-
With original tags and labels attached
-
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Change of Mind
Online Purchases
Full-price items purchased online may be returned within 30 days for a refund, provided they meet the above return conditions.
Refunds are processed via the original method of payment. If you wish to purchase the item again after a refund, it will need to be processed as a new, separate transaction.
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in store, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days.
As customers are able to view and experience items prior to purchase, refunds are not available for change-of-mind in-store purchases.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Returning by Post (Online Orders)
Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@emporiumofeshe.com so we can assist.
We recommend using registered post, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Unless an item is faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Where an item is confirmed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a full refund (including original shipping where applicable) and cover return postage.
