How do I receive Welcome Rewards?

When you enter a new VIP tier. For example when you reach the entry requirement for the Bronze tier, your Welcome Reward email will be sent to you.

How do I receive Birthday Rewards?

Ensure you have your date of birth registered on your account. This can easily be done online (ensure you use your existing email address to create an account) or in store. Your Birthday Reward email will be sent to you 7 days before your birthday - handy!

Please note if you do not have a valid email address registered to your account, you will not receive special offers or Birthday/Welcome Rewards or notifications as we do not have an email address to send correspondence to.

You can still sign up if you do not have an email address. This would only be possible in store, as an email is required for online purchases. Once you have earnt a reward, you will receive a “Rewards Unlocked” email automation to notify you that you have enough points to claim a reward!
